Does TenvioCloud work for on-premise ERP systems?

Yes. The secure connector agent is designed for on-premise deployments. It runs as a lightweight service on your network, syncs data to TenvioCloud on a schedule or in near-real-time, and handles write-backs (like RMA submissions) by queuing them securely. Epicor on-prem, SQL Server, and custom REST APIs are all supported.

How do we give customers access to their orders without sharing ERP credentials?

Customers create a TenvioCloud portal account (email + password, or SSO on the Enterprise plan). When they log in, the row-level security rule — for example, `CustNum == currentUser.externalCustomerId` — ensures they can only see their company's orders, invoices, and documents. Your ERP credentials are never shared with external users.

Can vendors upload compliance documents like certificates of insurance or W-9s?

Yes. The vendor compliance portal template is built for exactly this. Vendors log in, upload their COI, W-9, safety certificates, or any other required documents, and your team gets notified.
